Background of WEST. becoming the new CM character The “VC-3000 Throat Lozenge” is a product with a long history and popularity among Nobel Confectionery’s products. For about 25 years, it has been widely recognized through the portrayal of the CM character by Yoshimi Tendo, reaching households across the country. “It may be difficult for people to feel a sense of freshness since it has become a familiar product to everyone. Therefore, instead of being complacent with the current situation, we want to continue nurturing ‘VC-3000 Throat Lozenge’ to be loved by many more people in the future.” With such thoughts in mind, WEST. was chosen as the new CM character. Just like our company, which is headquartered in Osaka, WEST. also has connections to the Kansai region.
