**Miyazaki Aoi** is a Japanese actress born on November 30, 1985 in Tokyo. She is affiliated with Hirata International.
History and Career
Miyazaki Aoi entered the entertainment industry as a child actor at the age of four and began her career as a commercial and magazine model. She made her full-fledged debut as an actress around 1997, appearing in the film Ano, Natsu no Hi. In 2001, she starred in the film Harmful Insects, where her performance was highly praised and she won numerous awards at film festivals both in Japan and abroad.
In 2006, she played the heroine in the NHK morning drama Junjo Kirari, which earned her widespread recognition. In 2008, she starred in the NHK Taiga drama Atsuhime, becoming the youngest actress ever to star in the drama, which also attracted much attention.
